Personal and professional coaching for people seeking access to their best selves. Specifically those orbiting beyond the “status quo” as artists and creatives, parents and pregnant people/mamas, activists, academics, athletes, and entrepreneurs. My services are for anyone seeking breakthroughs, transformation, or simply to thrive optimally through nutrition, self-care, mindfulness and metaphysics. Business consulting for non-profit and for profit start-ups and small businesses that seek to make the world a safe, happy, and beautiful place for all. Specifically for those who do not know where or how to begin, for those who are generally overwhelmed by life, and for non-conformists of all kinds. My services include personal presentation support; group dynamics support; goal setting, timeline creation, and proposal development; research support; creating systems, documents, form letters, questionnaires, and operations manuals; marketing and merchandising strategies; identifying and support accessing funding resources; copy-chief and networking.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, whenever possible, please give as much heads up as possible and at least 24 hours before scheduled session. There's a 5 min grace period, unless otherwise successfully communicated. Refunds and repeated cancellation rescheduling only at my discretion.
